Denis Wick DW5525 French Horn Stop Mute

The DW5525 Stopping Mute features a high purity spun aluminum construction that replaces the hand for traditional hand stopping effect. The player just transposes the written music one-half tone lower to compensate for the shortening effect of overall length of the horn while using this mute. There are now mutes for most brass instruments, from piccolo trumpet to tuba. Brilliant straights, versatile cup and ET and innovative practice mutes, all beautifully made with great intonation.
