With its custom-designed flute head joint mount, it stays in place and offers a smooth uniform response over a frequency range of 50-18kHz, providing a warm and rich sound that can't be achieved with other microphones this size. The ADX10-FLP comes in a wired format but can easily be adapted to wireless systems when using phantom power of 9-52volts with the provided preamp module (APS-910).
